Key Responsibilities
• Set & Operate Deep Hole Boring/Honing Machine to produce components as per drawing /routing instructions
• Interpret engineering drawings to customer specifications
• Create programme as per drawing /routing instructions
• 100 % inspection on the produced parts
• Proactive approach: - Participate in problem resolution activities to achieve process & efficiency improvements.
• Handling material (raw & machined) in a safe and effective manner
• Follow the HSE requirements
• Ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained in accordance with Company requirements.
• Perform General Tasks if and when required.
Skills, knowledge and Experience
• Min 3 year experience in setting & operating Deep Hole Boring / Honing machine
• High school /trade certificate qualification
• Tooling knowledge
• Knowledge on boring machine programming and functions.
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Knowledge on lean manufacturing technology
