HR Supervisor
Sharjah, UAE
15,000 to 18,000 AED per month
The Company
Recently formed Operations & Maintenance business for an Energy / Utilities project.
Working at a brand new and state of the art facility.
Joining the business from its inception to have an integral part of developing and establishing all the HR policies and procedures.
The Responsibilities
Manage and oversee human resources services, policies and programs.
Set up HR procedures, policies and regulations to be compliant with UAE Labor Law.
Management organization structuring, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, HR administration, appraisals, disciplinaries and HR reporting.
Lead to the contribution of an excellent professional culture and HSE culture.
المهارات
The Candidate
Degree in Human Resources or similar.
5+ years in a HR generalist role.
Strong working knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Proven record in developing HR policies and procedures.
Previous experience in the Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas or Construction sector is preferred.
The Benefits
