To plan, organize, and execute the assigned project as per Project technical specification, Approved
shop drawing, ITP, Quality plan, Safety plan & risk assessment.
Manpower allocation, planning, monitoring & control on daily basis.
Liaison with workshop department, store, purchase & planning department for material follow up.
Ensuring that all MIR, WIR, Shop drawing, Material submittals, R.F.I are submitted on time.
To communicate with client/ consultant on a regular basis and attend management/site meetings
whenever necessary and required.
Ensuring that all the variations, submittals of variations, negotiations & substantiation for approvals
have been done on time.

Preparing weekly progress report, material delivery report and work executed report, work outstanding

Preparing look ahead program on a weekly and monthly basis.
