Developing and implementing overall marketing activities that include market research, marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events.
Report and generates reports to senior management on weekly basis including marketing plan/updates.
Content management for portals
Listings management - making sure the title fits the property and photos are organized in the correct order.
Develop strong creative and written copy for marketing campaigns and communication.
Acquiring marketing permits for all online and offline campaigns.
Assisting in presentations (templates) for marketing proposals.
Assisting in sourcing photos for agents as well as marketing campaigns such as lead generation, newsletters, WhatsApp flyers, etc.
Assisting with supplier negotiations for purchasing merchandise.
Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
Collaborate with managers in monitoring expenses
Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
المهارات
2 years’ experience as marketing executive or similar role in UAE.
• Graduate in Marketing Management.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM)
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., WebTrends)
• Excellent communication and people skills
