Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling.
Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them.
Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing.
Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals.
Identity opportunities produce leads and Book appointments for the sales force with emphasis on quality leads.
Providing Excellent Service to the Customers to Make Property Investment a Delightful Experience.
Ensure extreme accuracy and full compliance to the process of pre-qualification.
Ensure seamless service is providing to potential prospects through all involved parties by following up and obtaining feedback.

المهارات
2+ years of experience in similar position (including cold calling) Should be familiar with basic computer skills, Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems preferably Real Estate industry.
Must be able to communicate strongly, both oral and written in English and Arabic.
Ability to think on your feet; closing skills; negotiation and persuasion; ability to build new relationships; ability to work under pressure; prospect filtering; unique selling proposition (USP) and tactful follow-up skills.
Behavioural Competencies Well planned and organized, emotionally intelligent, consistent, culture and interpersonal sensitivity, initiative, task driven and target orientated etc.
