Responsible for Business development and Self-generation of sales leads from clients, contractors and Developers
To Identify new areas of growth and promote company presence in the market.
To Provide feedback on competitor products and activity.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing upon terms and conditions with Contractors/Clients.
Achieving/ exceeding annual sales target .
Follow up with existing projects.
Maintain relationship with contractors , consultants, Developers etc
To prepare pre-qualification documents with respect to the client requirement and undergo vendor registration for future jobs.
Ability to multi-task different jobs and at high past.

Should have professional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet, etc
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years Sales experience UAE market in Building materials / Lighting Sales

Bachelor’s degree (Required)
