Industrial Fabrication Foreman Needed for a Free Zone Company in Sharjah.
Responsible for ensuring that the fabrication of parts and activities are carried out as per the plan and allocated resources are optimally used.
Responsible of providing technical support for turning machine operators [ key way in shaft, coupling fabrication, spline profile making, threads, tapered threads]
Responsible of providing technical support for welders [arc welding, Mig welding] to ensure that welding job is done properly.
Supervise fabrication and assembly process.
Develop a work schedule for workers
Assign tasks to welders/Fabricators
Ability to read industrial drawings
Perform quality checks on executed parts
Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
Good knowledge of material, steel grades and steel application
Coordinate with engineers
Proven experience as Fabrication foreman
