Urgently hiring! Male HR Executive (Urdu Speaker) in Sharjah, UAE with experience in Steel or Construction industry.
Requirements:
7 to 8 years’ experience in managing HR and Administration at operation/project sites of an Engineering/other Organization.
Skilled in functional areas of HR covering the entire talent life cycle.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Data analysis, Communication, Presentation, Teambuilding and Interpersonal relationship.
Communication with various departments and Implementation of HR policies & procedures for Blue Collars as well as White collars.
Experience in communication with various statutory and Clients personnel
