The MD will be responsible for establishing operations in Dubai from its initial phase and will lead its growth to meet the strategic goals of the new company In GCC.
Responsibilities:
• Establish local cybersecurity presence in Dubai and lead operations, marketing and sales.
• Analyze customer requirements, product values propositions, strengths, weaknesses, competitors, market trends, etc. and identify new market opportunities.
• Develop and implement the marketing & sales strategy to businesses & government entities and lead its execution.
• Sustain rapport with key accounts and explore their specific needs and value they are looking for.
• Win new business without compromising the integrity of our mission.
• Take a leadership role while working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results and excellent customer experience.
• Produce service descriptions, processes and practice guidelines for all cybersecurity operational services. Ensure provided services are compliant to global information security best practices and standards.
• Provide project management and leadership to staff and external resources to support established goals and objectives, improved efficiencies, and problem resolution.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and developments in the domain of enterprise technology.
• Forge robust customer relationships with senior leaders and key influencers.
• Assist with creating sales enablement materials and delivering sales enablement training.
• Anticipate and mitigate barriers to sale or implementation.
• Set and implement team’s vision, mission and KPI’s along with its long and short terms goals.
• Interact and communicate with the Global Leadership Team.
• Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Technical Background (BSc. EE or BSc. CS) is expected, and an MBA is preferred.
• Proven management skills, e.g., budget development and administration, policy development and implementation, personnel administration, staff training and development.
• At least five years of sales experience, preferably in: Cyber, IT Security, or homeland security (HLS).
• Entrepreneurial spirit, highly motivated, success-driven, team player, and passionate.
• Established track record in developing new business and managing B2B and B2G sales cycles, from lead generation to implementation and deployment.
• Solid customer-facing skills through developing and sustaining ongoing relationships.
• Understanding of how a typical enterprise security environment is likely to be set up.
• Ability to practice excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in locating, establishing and engaging potential customers.
• Comfortable being on the front lines closing new business and cultivating key relationships.
• Willingness to travel whenever, wherever, to meet with key prospects and partners.
• Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
• Ability to work with diverse people; effective oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional writing and oral presentation skills.
• A strong code of ethics.
