Lab Technician (Chemicals)

الوصف الوظيفي
Assure quality consistency of the resin & adhesive products with manufacturing procedures and specification.

Perform daily quality control tests for Finished Products (i.e. &#xSo;lids, Viscosity, Acid value, drying, gloss, pH, film properties and stability of Alkyd, polyester polyols, acrylic resin, Unsaturated Polyester, polyamine and Thermoplastic resins, Adhesives etc).

Perform QC tests for OH value, amine value, NCO content & moisture content.

Analyze quality of incoming raw materials and packing materials

Perform inspection of dispatches

Maintain the QC documents and record as per ISO standard.

Laboratory house keeping

Provide assistance for R&D;Comply with HSE, ISO and I-Secure policies

2-3 years of experience in Industrial chemicals (Specialty coatings, Adhesives& Emulsions, etc)
