Recruitment and On-Boarding
Identify staff vacancies, recruit, interview and select applicants.
Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Employee Management
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination and all related paperwork
Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints and other employee concerns.
Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
Process, verify and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker’s compensation plans.
Learning and Development
Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training, and health and safety programs.
Develop or administer special projects in areas such as employee awards.
Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs.
Administration
Ensure all required documents for visa processing are collected and create a log on the system for new employees and renewals
Monitor the expiration dates of visa, labour card, and emirates ID, official documents and contracts related to the scope.
Proper monitoring and expediting renewal of existing flat contracts
Responsible for all scheduled and unscheduled errands between all departments and personnel
Responsible for all business licenses, renewal, and government/local compliances
Safekeeping of office keys and assure if all office equipment, furniture, and fixtures are well-functional
Pest control contract and cleaning contract
Facilitate renewal of all vehicles registration, insurances, and salik
Monitor and schedule routine maintenance of all company vehicles
Oversee the day-to-day functions concerning the office building/premises requirements such as furniture, fittings, cleanliness and general office moves

Knowledge: Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Administration and
Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
High level of PC skills. MS Office packages like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

First-class written and oral English language skills, Arabic will be an additional knowledge.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a human resource professional, preferably in the entertainment or customer service industry.
