Assistant Dispatcher

الوصف الوظيفي
· Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Dispatch daily operational goals inclusive of shipping functions and inventory management.

· Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining of finished goods inventory by oracle application with all warehouse locations.

· Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages.

· Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of transport companies and warehouses.

· Assist audit of vendor invoices and month end processing to incorporate finance accruals.

· Co-ordinate with the departments to develop, articulate and maintain dispatch process documentation.

· According to the requirement of the sales team, arranging the product and sending them

without delays.

· Co-ordinates with customers, both local and exports sales. Arranging the products and sending them without delay.

· Generating the invoices through the system (cash & credit and credit memos) and sending them to the customers without delay.

· Handling direct cash sales (Counter Sales).

· Arranging the chemical (admixtures) for all commix branches, as well as for outside customers.

· As per sales and customer requirement, making arrangements for production/samples

· Arranging courier for sample and documents.

Qualifications:  Education (Higher Secondary)

Experience:  01 year ( Similar Field)

Skills: Knowledge of basics of Computer & Good Communication Skills
