الوصف الوظيفي 1) The CTS Civil project manager will conduct the management of the Civil part of various turn-key industrial projects. 2) An Advisor/team member/specialist with-in the IFFCO group for other project managers on civil related projects. 3) A Knowledge and information source/publisher/trainer for civil related government permits, NOC or other approvals المهارات 8-12 year experience as a project leader in civil construction in the UAE. Preferably with experience in industrial civil construction works. Reputed contracting firm Reputed industrial group (preferably in foods) Capable to handling projects between 0.5 mil AED till 100 mil AED. Good knowledge and proven track record in obtaining UAE government approvals. (DM, DEWA, Trakhees, Nakheel, Emaar etc.). Multi skill level in the Civil construction industry (Generalist). You must be experienced and have worked in a broad spectrum of civil related construction works (example: MEP, plumbing, foundation, soil improvement and PEB buildings). Qualification Educational qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering (additional qualifications in Project Management related disciplines will be an advantage).
