Role A) Infor ERP:
1) Normal Day to Day Support -ACP, ACR, GLD, CMG, FAS, Integration, Budget Control, FST, Costing, Enterprise Modeler etc.
2) Support on the Reconciliation of Multiple GL of Interim Accounts.
3) Support on the activities of Month/ Year End Closing.
4) Creation of Functional Specifications for any New Report Requirement.
5) Understand New Business Requirement and Propose appropriate solution. Creation & execution of test cases for the New Process Setup Requirement.
6) Integration Setup for New Entity or New Process and Maintenance of Existing Setup.
7) Training- AS and WHEN required.
8) Providing the Required Data to Management As and when Required.
9) Resolving the Auditing queries for statutory audit.
10) Management / Financial Reporting.
11) DEM/MENU ROLES for Users of finance.
12) Should handle alone for finance related activities for Infor upgrade / migrate from FP7 to 10.7, in case company upgrade or migrate thru opening balances
ROLE- B) Business Analytics -
1) Data Analytics and Data Validation for Financial Statements.
2) Identifying areas for Improvement and propose the New System Mapping.
3) Work on Business Process Re-Engineering to make it Cost effective towards Business.
4) Auditing the Data on Sample base.
ROLE- C) MIS Reports in Qlik and ERP reports – Reporting Tools –
1) Identify Management Reporting Requirements and support Logic for MIS Reports. (Qlik)
2) Support BI consultant for Data Analytics and Data Validation for MIS Reports. (qlik)
3) Support Bi consutant for Data Analytics and Data Validation for Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Statements. (Qlik sense and ERP reports)
4) Support finance dept. to Prepare MIS Statements for management with the explanatory statements in Qlik or erp reports
5) Identifying areas for Improvement.
6) Training - AS and WHEN required.
المهارات
Education:
Bachelor of Commerce or a related field.
Year of Experience:
8+ years of experience in similar role, preferable in the UAE in the same or similar industry
