Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Description
Revenue Cycle Manager with healthcare industry background having hands on experience in Healthcare operations and revenue cycle which includes but not limited to pre and post operations, insurance negotiation, revenue cycle, claims and revenue recovery, process flow re-engineering.

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree / Medical Degree
EXPERIENCE: 8 – 10 years’ with Hospital experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze accounts receivable, extract meaningful presentations and communicate the results as well as action plans for continuous improvement to the Revenue Cycle Management.
• To evaluate pricing structure, rejection, payment period, expected business & past billing then suggest modification in discount structure

• Analysis of Denials and streamlining the related processes to ensure quality of claims

• Prepare Cost/benefit analysis, credit analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, cash flow, annual budgeting and forecasting

• Identify loopholes in front end process which can cause claims denials.

• DRG knowledge & understanding is mandatory requirement.
