Our client is a reputed Higher Education university based in Sharjah – UAE and looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive with a strong sales acumen and English communication willing to join the university and add value with sales achievements. The candidate should be highly motivated and engaged to take on all sales techniques to reach the sales results demanded by the university.
Role Purpose:
An enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. She/he must be comfortable presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The purpose is to help the university grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Role Duties:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the products
Answer questions about products or the university
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Role Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management
Proven experience as telesales executive or other sales/customer service role in UAE
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
Role Salary package:
Basic Salary = 3000 AED per month
Attractive Incentive on sales closed
