In conjunction with the General Manager, create an operating budget that is aligned with the needs of the business and meets the overall financial objectives of the company
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly equipment performance reports and benchmark accordingly against relevant targets to drive growth
Responsible for the management of operational KPI’s
Ensure that all operational business costs are essential and kept to a minimum to run the operation as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Responsible for the scheduling of all operational staff as per the business needs within the budgeted levels and to ensure customer satisfaction is maximized
Responsible for asset management and asset registers pertaining to revenue-generating equipment, operational equipment, furniture and fittings as well as other assets related to and specifically fitted for the operation of ADVS, in conjunction with the General Manager
Take overall responsibility for documentation and drawings related to park facility maintenance/management in conjunction with the Administration Department
General Operations
Lead, manage and develop and team of Operations Supervisors, Customer Service Operators and Cashiers to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Create and implement standard operating procedures to reflect the most efficient and effective operating method, relating to customer satisfaction and the manpower budget
Monitor equipment performance through the use of data available in the card system or by other means and take corrective actions where performance falls below budgeted all other KPI’s
Optimize equipment set up and overall park layout for best revenue generation
Oversee and develop the Redemption side of the business, ensuring correct stock is procured, the stock is displayed in the best manner to attract purchase and the games and pay out are set up correctly to ensure maximum customer playsIn conjunction with the
Technical Manager and his team, ensure maximum equipment up time through the implementation of regular testing program and reporting system
Ensure the successful interaction of support functions to enable smooth operations in the park
Identify and suggest any training requirements of the team, and carry out regular customer service training within the team to ensure the highest customer service levels at all times
Collate and action any customer feedback received relating to the overall operation of the park
Ensure the highest levels of cleaning standards are kept at all times through the in-house team and the contracted cleaning company in all areas of the park
In conjunction with the Marketing and Events team, suggest initiatives that will drive revenue growth throughout the year as well as enhance the overall customer perception.
Performance of any event and initiative must be analyzed and reported on appropriately
Keep fully abreast of all activities the competition is doing on a monthly basis and present findings and necessary actions to the General Manager
In conjunction with the Sales and Events team, ensure that all school tours and events are managed and operated to the appropriate standard expected.
Manage the birthday party operation through effective booking, hosting and customer interaction while maximizing the available resources
