Job Description
• Prepare, review and evaluate contracts for compliance of legality and for profitability.
• Negotiate contract terms with vendors.
• Edit or amend contracts and handles terms of contract breach.
• Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
• Manage the contract pipeline in conjunction with the procurement team.
• Serve as the liaison with outside contracting representatives.
• Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with laws.
3 Experience
• 5 years of experience out of which 3 years should be in professional procurement and contracting, which includes the drafting of complex contracts, including provisions, and solicitation documents.
• Proficiency in MS-Office
