•Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Manage the administrative support function with in learning & development.
• Manage the digital content and online materials.
• Conduct annual training needs analysis as planned and formulates gaps and programs to cater for business requirements.
• Assist in conducting annual engagement survey for management & non-management.
• Coach & mentor team leaders and JMs to manage their career path
• Manage retail academy from end to end.
• Manage development tracks (STP, MTP, TLTP)
Training
• Design, develop and carry out training programs as per the agreed calendar and timelines.
• Manager internal trainers and supervise their delivery of training modules.
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc., recognition programs)
• Update training modules and ensure all modules remain current with the dynamic business environment
• Communicate with government affairs department when necessary for visas, labour permits, and other tasks related to the business unit.
• Handle complaints and grievance procedures, from management and non-management.
• Supervise the orientation to newly hired employees.
• Maintain a list of external trainers and ensure their payment is processed whenever training is concluded.
• Update training hours/days per employee and ensure related analysis is conducted.
• Gauge training productivity and feedback results to the business.
