Provide support to the accounts department by managing daily accounting tasks
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Calculate components of outstanding balances from full statement of account
Pull supporting documents from physical old documents and scanned new documents for legal team for cases
Check and preparing summaries of petrol, salik and fines deductions
Download fines details for drivers from company’s system etc.

POSITION: Junior Accountant
SALARY: 6,000 AED full package depending on qualifications

LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (Start date: 3rd November 2019)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary role (6 months)
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to Indian and Filipino nationals
Male, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related certification
At least 1-2 year experience in accounting field
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Great attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software (Tally, Quickbooks, Peachtree and etc.,)
