الوصف الوظيفي
1. Provide and control user access to database.
2. Provide up-to-date database information, update configurations (upload/ download).
3. Maintain up-to-date directories of databases (buyers, suppliers and other internal counterparties).
4. Control of database parameters.
5. Control of contracts with counterparties, their registers and mutual settlements (for buyers, suppliers, accountable persons and other counterparties).
6. Conduct reconciliation of a document circulation for goods and cash in the organization with reporting to the management.
7. Provide technical support in conducting promotions and special buyers’ conditions.
8. Monitoring to identify possible errors in all areas of the basic workflow.
9. Correction of possible basic errors for the previous period. Checking for compliance with the correct sequential document circulation and the correctness of accounting units (commodity, money).
10. Enter and post new documents into databases for the previous and current periods.
المهارات
Necessary knowledge and skills:
1. Proficiency in the following computer programs: MS Office package (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Mandatory experience in 1C7, 1C8 software.
2. Understanding the basics of database configuration.
3. Knowledge of the basic workflow for all accounting areas in the organization (procurement, warehouse accounting, logistics, finance, sales, mutual settlements with contractors).
4. Possession of logical thinking skills when building a basic document circulation.
5. The ability to generate & manage database reports.
