We are urgently hiring for well experienced Fiber Optic Technician Splicer Installation of telecom systems such as racks, cable tray ladders, fiber ducts, and fiber optics.
1. Experienced in Terminating, Splicing optical fiber cable, Testing, Jointing different types of fiber optic cables.
2. Terminate various forms of telecommunications and electrical wiring and cabling including copper and fiber optic cabling, patch panels
3. Fusion and Mechanical Splicing of SM or MM Fiber Optic Cables of various types of connectors (ST/SC/LC).
4. Testing of Fiber Optic Cables using OTDR, Optical Power Meter.
5. Installation and testing of splice closures on all types and s of cable.
6. Installation and dressing of fiber optic cables.
7. Provide reports of field splicing activity to the Project Manager.
8. Work with engineers and/or Project Managers to perform splicing as directed.
9. Should have knowledge of different types of fiber splicing like Fujikura, Sumitomo.
10. Should have knowledge of different types of OTDR like JDSU, EXFO, Anritsu, Fluke.
11. Able to generate the reports from the tools.
12.With FOA/FTTH certification.
