Job Description and Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at at least two years of Project Selling/ Business Development experience working with MNC or UAE based Architects or Contractors,Project Management Consultants..
Essentially the competencies required will be of being able to identify and liaise with Facility Owners of upcoming projects then pitch and close Interio Design & Build Proposal.
Have suitable knowledge of technical and commercial requirements in such projects; thorough knowledge of local statutory & legal requirements, responsibilities of all stake holders in projects sectors; knowledge of building material specifications and prices; basic architectural working knowledge in designing, building and maintaining mid sized modern Commercial space facility.
Knowledge of UAE market with local driving license.
