الوصف الوظيفي Provides challenge and support to the Project Manager and Site leadership team to deliver HSE improvements. Ensure construction works are planned prior to mobilization and constructed safely, to schedule and Air BP and Aviation Standards / Guidelines. Able to exercise knowledge of construction safety to ensure that all construction activities are carried out safely. Promote the use of proven good practice in Human Performance. Ensure that the site works are carried out in full compliance with the Air BP Control of Work process and expectations. Co-ordinate and ensure regular HSSE site self- verifications rea carried out based on the activity and risk of activities and leads safety/compliance audits, identifying gaps, crating gap closure plans and implementing solutions. Co-ordinate and develop insights from safety metrics analysis, safety and contractor self-verification, incident investigation and other findings. Ensure all COSHH assessments are carried out to protect workmen from exposure to hazardous substances along with safety equipment for common project supply (including all welfare facilities and temporary office accommodation are maintained in full working order and hygienic state. Able to review, approve, reject as appropriate contractor Risk Assessments and Method statements against the requirements of the Air BP CoW process requirements. Lead as a role model for Safety encouraging a strong “speak up” and safely leadership culture. Lead the team safely and provide analysis and technical support and advice to the project workforce concerning safety procedures / programs, hazard identification and promotional activities to raise safety. Manage the incident investigation process to determine contributory factors and develop recommendations. Assists in coordinating the response to issues identified from incident investigation reports with the appropriate leadership to support that learnings are embedded systematically. المهارات Technical knowledge and experience in hazard identification with detailed working knowledge of HSE practices and procedures and delivery of safety programs.
