Liftek is a company that manufactures products with technical textiles, pvc coated polyester fabric and engineering textile lifting products in UAE.
- To ensure that production operations are carried out in accordance with production plans and programs in a manner that ensures determined quality and cost targets.
- Organizing, checking, presenting daily and weekly production reports
- To prepare the production programs to evaluate the customer demands in terms of the production conditions during proposal preparations.
- To monitor the technological developments in the sector, to inform the senior management about the developments in the production techniques used and the production tools used.
- To work in accordance with standard staff plans to be prepared for the highest efficiency from the workforce. Take measures to create a balanced workforce distribution among production units
- Ensuring the keeping of the actual actual staff payroll.
- Check the correctness of incoming orders and give the dispatch date
- To make weekly, monthly and periodical maintenance and repairs of the equipment (fixed or electric) and to call related service personnel for those which cannot be repaired inhouse.
- To contribute to the management of the purchase
- Controlling compliance of production orders with production plans
- Supervising production activities and ensuring continuous monitoring of production
- To be ensure of efficient operation of all machinery and equipment
- Identify the difficulties encountered in the production, testing and use of products. To do this, to enter into Project, Marketing cooperation, to develop corrective and curative recommendations
- To adopt and organize corrective and preventive actions, to monitor and report the corrective and preventive actions for the prevention of quality problems related to the product
- To prepare quality plans for input materials, semi-finished products and products. To create an input quality plan by deciding which features should be checked in the material spec or catalog.
- Evaluate customer complaints and keep necessary records
المهارات
- Graduated from a University
- With at least 2 years of experience with similar products
- Solid and Autocad knowledge
- Experienced about welding with high frequency and adhesives
- Experienced about tensile membrane products
- Expert English level
