The Organization:
For a leading private hospital in UAE, we are recruiting physicians. Our client is a well-known private multi-specialty hospital, offering both inpatient and outpatient services of international standard.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Our client is looking to hire a male Arab Specialist Endocrinology for their branch in Sharjah. This specialist will be offering highly specialized, comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for diseases and complications related to the body’s endocrine system.
His main tasks are to evaluate and manage endocrine-related diseases that are common in the United Arab Emirates such as diabetes; disorders of the adrenal, thyroid, and pituitary glands; metabolic bone disease; and obesity.
• Sees patients and reviews basic medical history;
• Inquires about current symptoms and reasons for doctor’s visit;
• Conducts exams and tests to determine likelihood of endocrine gland related issues;
• Analyzes lab results and presentation of symptoms to arrive at conclusive diagnosis;
• Devises and assigns proper course of treatment;
• Advises surgery when necessary;
• Works with other specialized physicians to treat and cure certain conditions, such as glandular tumor;
• Provides advice for patients regarding the daily management of their diseases or conditions;
• Advises outside therapy when needed.

Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills;
• Great multitasking skills and being able to work under immense pressure;
• Good eye for detail and ability to react quickly and make decisions
Education & Qualifications:
• MOH license, or MOH eligibility letter;
• Preferred experience working in JCI Accredited Hospital;
• MBBS or equivalent qualification AND completion of specialty qualification in Internal Medicine AND Endocrinology;
• At least 3 years of experience post qualification;
• Logbook for last 3 years needs to be submitted as part of the application
