Participate in M&A;’s, Joint Ventures, alliances and manage/prevent litigation and arbitration activities Client Details A major O&G;business with operations in the Middle East, Americas, and Asia. In major growth phase within the Middle East Description Preparing Legal contracts for upstream/downstream projects Advising senior management on all legal contractual and commercial matters Participate in M&A;’s, Joint Ventures, alliances and manage/prevent litigation and arbitration activities Keep up to date with changes in laws pertaining to the Oil and Gas sector Profile Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria Common Law Qualified Lawyer with over 10 years post qualifying experienceAt least 5 years recent experience in the Oil & Gas sector within the Middle EastHandled new projects, ventures, partnerships as well as litigation and arbitration activities(Preferred) Working knowledge of projects in Iraq Job Offer Tax-free expat income Multicultural English speaking workforce Strategic location, 20 minutes from Dubai, a global business and travel hub For international candidates, a relocation package is offered with family sponsorship and benefits.
