الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for driving growth within set vertical revenue streams within Americana Restaurant Group’s brands across UAE. Initiate and develop quality leads building continual growth by targeting all major events, concerts and food festivals happening in the UAE. Negotiating revenue share terms & conditions and ensure highest quality of service and profits and met. Review and being aware of the Competitor Events & Catering performance and monitor their pricing strategies through tactical market research to create a competitive advantage for Americana. Identify and drive improvement across our entire customer lifecycle. Develop and Ensure appropriate packaging, setting catering menu items & prices for each brand represented by the Events & Catering business stream Developing and Ensure maintaining event checklists, planning schedules and relevant contact details of suppliers prior to events execution. Ensure the implementation of best sales practices from franchisors, competitors, and other companies in the market. المهارات Minimum University Degree, ideally postgrad qualification from an accredited business field. Strong knowledge in sales and ability to build a revenue generating pipeline. Preferably a well-connected individual with an establish network Reasonably well versed in MS Office. Fluent in English (ability to discourse in Arabic being an add on advantage) Willing to travel as necessary A good communicator.
