Lab Technician
* Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance with the regulations governing the disposable food materials manufacturing process.
* Be able to calibrate and set up the lab equipment, ensuring results are recorded accurately on computer systems and data sheets.
* Have knowledge of mechanical equipment and the ability to diagnose and correct equipment malfunction.
* Have knowledge of basic machinery preventive maintenance and repair.
* Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
* Follow regulations to ensure quality & safety standards are met.
QA/QC Executive
* Assist in developing and implementing quality control and inspection procedures for receipt and control of incoming materials, in-process materials and final product acceptance activities.
* Guiding Quality Inspectors and Asst. QC Executives in conducting online inspections and identifying nonconformities if any.
* Performing Quality control laboratory tests as per standard SOP and recording observations.
* Assist in establishing and maintaining test instrument calibration procedures and maintenance schedules.
* Assisting in conducting all third-party quality, environmental and food safety audits.
* Preparing the quality documentations and reports.
* Determining system/process improvements opportunities.
المهارات
Certificate or Diploma in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Laboratory Technology or any other relevant field of study.
Has good experience working in FMCG
Must be familiar on how to repair/ operate tools
