JOB PURPOSE:
To coordinate and support the Marketing Manager in all activities related to marketing.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Assist the Marketing Manager with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating
marketing projects and activities as requested.
▪ Organize the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise.
▪ Support the Marketing Manager by coordinating and collating content.
▪ Design and implement successful marketing campaigns.
▪ Produce additional marketing communications, such as brochures and exhibitionrelated
projects.
▪ Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix
used by competitors.
▪ Assist with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking
copy.
▪ Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails.
▪ Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and
preferences).
▪ Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities.
▪ Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data.
▪ Organize promotional activities for new properties and services.
المهارات
Experience:
▪ Relevant 2+ years of work experience in UAE.
Qualification /Training:
▪ Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
Skills/Competencies:
▪ Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
▪ Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
▪ Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
▪ Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
▪ Confident and dynamic personality.
▪ IT literacy (MS Office) and English proficiency.
▪ Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
