Mechanical Maintenance Manager (CCGT Power Station)

The Company
A large CCGT power and desalination station in the United Arab Emirates.
The Role
* Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will work alongside the Electrical Maintenance Manager and C&I;Maintenance Manager.
* You will be responsible for managing a team of Engineers and Technicians across a 24/7 shift system to ensure routine and planned maintenance is performed to a high standard.
* You will allocate resources to unplanned maintenance and breakdown activities across a large and complex power and desalination facility.
* You will support outage activities in the winter months.
* You will champion world class HSQE standards across the facility.
* You will train and develop UAE nationals.
