Our client, A leading multinational brand distributor of Babycare products for the Middle East region has following requirement;
Export Sales Manager- MEA ( Al Hamriyah Free Zone, UAE)
• Budget – Upto AED 10K+ (Negotiable for the right candidate) +Benefits+ Insurance+ Annual Ticket, ( 5 days a week)
• Exp – 6+ yrs ( 3+ yrs. as export sales manager within the FMCG or babycare industry)
• Location – AL Hamriyah free Zone, UAE
• Extensive experience in Export sales within MEA.
• Reporting to the Director

Knowledge of MEA region in a BabyCare or FMCG industry.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Manage and develop the sales and growth of the company brands/products across the MEA region.
• Development of export sales plan, realistic forecasts for each region and territory.
• Assign and handle distribution in export as well as planning and coordinating international shipments in compliance to all organizational policies and procedures.
• Manage communication with all distributors and achieve common sales targets.
• Develop and implement export strategies.
• Maintaining and improving relationships with existing customers.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Recruiting and maintaining distributors for assigned territories.
• Executing all sales activities and ensure achievement of export territory sales target through organizing sales promotions.
• Negotiate contracts and arranging logistics of all goods.
• Visiting sub-distributor’s markets regularly along with their sales team and keep close watch on brand/product sales performance, promotions, market coverage and visibility.
• Analyzing sales channels and potential new market openings under the coverage area.
• Presenting guidelines to distributor’s sales team for proper segmentation, range plans, planograms and placement of products in each outlet.
• Training distributors sales peoples on the brands & products.
• Clear understanding of brand performance based on margins, stock turn-over,etc.
• Co-coordinating the export processes (Payment, Logistics, and Clearance& Reporting).
• Dealing with any complaints or queries that may occur after the product has been delivered.
• Collaborating between customers and Product Management team to propose marketing programs for the territory and report on competitor products and activities.
• Continuously motivate distributors sales team; strong follow up with finance for the money collection.
• Traveling to international fairs and exhibitions, if requested by the company.
• Regular sales analysis and performance reporting to the senior management.
• Periodical analysis of the P&L;and reporting to the Director.
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
• University degree in Business Administration or similar At least three years of experience as Export Sales Manager within the FMCG or BabyCare industry.
• Must have an established experience dealing with international sales Experience of selling to the Middle East region is a must.
• Well presented, professional and sales driven.
• High level of market awareness, analytical ability, decision-making, strategic thinking, teamwork and leadership.
• Must have excellent communication skills, flexible and have a positive attitude and have problem solving ability.
• Proven experience of managing a high performing team and in strategic thinking and business plans Organized, disciplined, dedicated, loyal and a highly motivated.
• Assertive but with a diplomatic approach to business.
• Presentation and public speaking attributes will be a must.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
• Ability to generate ideas and solutions and to delegate responsibilities effectively.
• A strong understanding of customer and market requirements.
• Passionate, innovative, persuasive, and resilient to change.
