Overview
International ILI Inspection Company is looking for professional and passionate Procurement/Warehouse Manager for Head office, located in Hamiryah Free Zone.
Procurement/Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning and organizing purchasing activities ensuring low total cost of ownership and same time managing Tools Fleet in specific region, assesses tool conditions after runs, and controls of all spare parts for the tools in the territory.
Role Summary
Develop a database of high spend suppliers and sub-contractors and lead (with support as necessary) negotiations with them.
Ensure that procurement and sub-contractor costs are within the budget.
Ensure that appropriate contracts are in place with all suppliers and sub-contractors that properly manage the company’s risk
Obtain quotations from competent suppliers /sub-contractors in a timely manner for submission to the work winning team.
Scrutinize areas for cost saving and Strive to achieve a minimum of 20% savings on all sub-contractor orders and purchase orders whilst aiming to establish credit facilities with at least 85% of suppliers.
Ensure timely Processing of PRs & POs - All PRs to be processed within 02 working days from receipt and no more than of 5% of material ordered to be delayed past the promised date on the PO
Collaborate common purchases across the sites
Conduct commercial evaluations of supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with the tender and decide on awarding of contracts / orders
Recruit, manage, train and monitor a group of procurement & warehouse, apply KPIs for the team and ensure continuous personal development programs are in place.
Formulate strategies; establish policies and procedures for the development or enhancement of the company’s procurement.
Ensure active engagement in rollout of the Purchase modules of the system across the group.
Providing management guidance for the inventory function
Plan all required materials as per Tool preparation plan
Completely monitor materials which are going minimum stock level
Request materials for stock & minimize excess issuance of materials
Build ware house management system with ERP team.
Head periodical team meetings for reporting on status of ongoing jobs and managing
resources for optimum productivity.
Manage in locating and selecting potential sources of materials or services. Publish
competitive bids and proposals to prospective bidders subject to standard specifications, terms & conditions.
Acts as an escalation point in all supplier payment issues and disputes with suppliers.
Work with ERP team to put system in place to manage whole supply chain section.
Manage procurement, store at corporate office and at subsidiaries.
Implement strategy on all non-moving items.
المهارات
3+ years in the procurement industry
3+years of team management experience
Experience in warehouse management is preferred.
At least holding Bachelor degree in supply chain.
Relevant professional qualifications
Negotiation, tender and strategic sourcing experience
At least 1 year UAE working experience is preferred.
Negotiation skills
Should be numerically and analytically strong.
Capable to make logical and informed decisions
