A leading manufacture Company have many branches in Gulf countries seeking an experienced CFO to head up its groups of companies .The Ideal candidate must:
• Participate with the Chairman on all operational and strategic issues as they arise, provide strategic recommendations to the Chairman based on the financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.
• Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member of the senior management team.
• Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with 5 years strategic plan.
• Provide technical assistance and advises to top management for investment initiatives. Lead in development of investment feasibility and share with Chairman to facilitate decision making…
• Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates on day to day and special assignments.
• Ensure finance & accounts department staffs are level and competent through effective recruiting, training and development.
• Maintain Finance & Accounts staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA/ACCA/CMA/ required - MBA in Finance preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience as CFO - Experience as CFO in a large organization - Outstanding communication and presentation skills. - Fluency in English, Arabic knowledge is preferred.
