Key Responsibilities
• Process customer invoices and refunds with precision, adhering to company policies and timelines.
• Maintain and update customer records in the invoicing system to uphold data integrity.
• Collaborate with project managers and accounting teams to address and resolve discrepancies in billing and refunds.
• Respond to customer inquiries about invoices, payments, and refunds through email and phone with professionalism and timeliness.
• Generate and analyze invoicing and refund reports to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of improved invoicing processes for greater operational efficiency.
• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client concerns.

Required Skills
• Proven experience in customer service, billing, or accounting roles.

Qualifications
