Accountant

Position: Accountant – Restaurant Group (Dubai) (For this role, experience as an accountant for a restaurant group managing multiple outlets in the UAE is required)
Role Requirements:
• Must have substantial experience as an accountant for a restaurant group managing multiple outlets in the UAE.
• Prior experience in hospitality accounting is essential.
• Candidates must be based in the UAE and available for an in-person interview.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in operating and managing POS systems is required.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate comprehensive reports.
• Skilled in managing invoicing, payroll, and supplier accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations across multiple outlets within the restaurant group.
• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and expense reporting.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate forecasts and budgeting insights.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to monitor revenue streams, cost controls, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, closing activities, and VAT submissions.
• Optimize POS system data for financial reporting and enhance operational efficiency.
