Job Title: Logistics/Supply Chain Officer
Location: Dubai
Salary: 5,000 - 6,500 AED
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in JAFZA or another Free Zone
• Knowledge of import/export documentation, customs formalities, Incoterms 2020, HS Codes, COO, legalization, and Letter of Credit analysis
• Familiarity with MENA and Africa region regulations
• Experience with procurement and demand forecasting techniques
Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Macros)
• Data analysis skills are an advantage
• Understanding of legal aspects like warehouse and insurance contracts
• Strong numerical analysis, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish productive partnerships and adapt to changing priorities
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
Job Requirements:
• Prepare documentation as per the destination country
• Place orders with suppliers globally (Asia & Europe)
• Follow up on back orders and coordinate with 3PL warehouses
• Arrange shipments to customers in the Middle East and Africa
• Register item master data and conduct KPI analysis
• Assist in budget planning and seek continuous improvement.
