About the Company:
A well-established cargo and logistics company in the Middle East.
Job Description:
• Monitor ATA/ETA with airline forwarders/DNATA and ensure freight has arrived as scheduled.
• Ensure online Bill of Entries are processed on time.
• Coordinate with transporters to ensure that the cargo is delivered.
• Coordinate with customers regarding original documents and shipment status.
• Maintain job files and related documents.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ of UAE experience in the air and sea freight industry
• Must have in-depth knowledge in using Mirsal II, Calogi, SAS, Sharjah Customs, and Zajel portals.
• Has experience in handling shipments for DNATA and Emirates
• Knowledgeable of airway bill executions in Calogi and passing bill of entries, etc.
• With valid UAE driver’s license
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
