Our company, Asico Real Estate LLC, is urgently hiring for a full-time on-site Real Estate Broker at Asico Real Estate LLC located in Dubai. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for brokerage, real-estate sales, customer service, and managing real property. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional service.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Excellent customer service service and sales skills
• Knowledge or real property laws and regulations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
