Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and optimize procedures to maximize energy production.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections and manage corrective maintenance.
• Perform commissioning of new solar installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and staff.
• Monitor performance using data-driven insights and generate reports.
• Prepare and manage O&M;budgets.
• Coordinate with various departments for seamless operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an O&M;role, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
• DIWA certification in Solar PV
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
