Job Description:
BARAAK Restaurant, a renowned Indian Arabic dining establishment in Dubai, is seeking three dynamic and professional Hostesses to enhance our guest experience. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a natural ability to make guests feel welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception:
• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and offering beverages.
• Manage waiting lists efficiently and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
Reservation Management:
• Handle reservations using the restaurant’s booking system.
• Ensure that reservation details are accurately recorded and communicated to the staff.
• Manage walk-ins and ensure optimal seating arrangements to maximize restaurant capacity.
Customer Service:
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
• Provide information about the restaurant’s offerings, including menu details and specials.
• Ensure a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
Communication:
• Liaise with kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the appropriate staff members.
• Coordinate with management for any special events or large bookings.
Ambiance Maintenance:
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
• Ensure that the ambiance is inviting and aligns with the restaurant’s standards.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure guests are comfortable and attended to.
Requirements:
Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a hostess or in a similar customer-facing role within the UAE.
Education:
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Language Proficiency:
• Fluency in Hindi, Arabic, and Russian is highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
Local Availability:
• Candidates must be currently residing in Dubai and available for in-person interviews.
