Job Description:
Kandas Interiors is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to lead teams and handle multiple projects independently, while reporting directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports to the General Manager.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Over 15 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in joinery and fitout projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams and multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid UAE driving license.
