Hiring Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Credfix Financing Broker L.L.C. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, presenting our financial solutions, negotiating and closing deals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Some key responsibilites include:
• Lead generation
• Develop customer base and sustain a long lasting relationship with them
• Answer customer queries and escalate complex issues to managers
• Negotiate sale contracts and sales agreements to finalize sales
• Maintain accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer queries
• Recommend improvements to current sales and promotion strategies
• Ensure to meet monthly sales objectives
• Inform existing and potential customers about company promotions
Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn, dynamic and energetic personality
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services
• Fluency in English, knowing Arabic or Hindi is a plus
• Min. 1 year UAE work experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• month training provided
• month probationary period
• Role involves field sales calls and customer visits
• Incentive structure applicable based on individual and company performance
