Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Tele-sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele-sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our real estate services, and converting leads into successful deals. Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Present and promote real estate services to potential clients.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Additional Information:
• Visa Provision: No visa provided initially. A visa will be issued after one month based on performance evaluation.
• Working Hours: 10am-8pm.
• Salary: Negotiable.
