Senior Accountant required
We are seeking a Senior Accountant with a proven track record in the UAE to join our Group of Companies in Abu Dhabi immediately. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in delivery Companies or within a group of companies.
Role Description
• Participate in financial planning and analysis to support business growth.
• Oversee daily accounting activities, manage financial reporting, and effectively communicate with senior management.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits, providing comprehensive documentation, detailed explanations, and facilitating the resolution of any audit findings.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic financial decision-making, reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Handle a large volume of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Candidates should be having a proven banking experience, particularly in managing loan facilities and guarantees.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Immediate availability to join the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting.
• Candidates with experience in delivery companies or working with a group of companies are highly preferred.
