Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product selection, and drive sales.
Duties:
• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers in finding the right products based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets regularly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in retail sales.
• Experience in the Audio and Visual Equipment industry is mandatory
• Strong time management and basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Outstanding customer service and phone etiquette
