2D Designer:
• Create detailed 2D drawings for fit-out and joinery projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure drawings meet all project specifications and requirements.
• Preparation of Cutting list
Accountant:
• Manage the company’s financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards.
Quantity Surveyor:
• Prepare and manage bills of quantities for fit-out and joinery projects.
• Prepare the Material list of the design.
• Estimate project costs and materials requirements.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and procurement.
Procurement Executive:
• Source and procure materials and equipment for fit-out and joinery projects.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Manage the procurement process to ensure timely delivery and quality.
