We are seeking to hire for:
Position: Accountant
Qualifications:
• BCom or MCom
• Any nationality
• Any gender
• 5+ years of experience in accounts and finance within a reputable construction or MEP company
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP
• Willingness to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Secure financial information by completing database backups.
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on necessary actions.
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Prepare monthly and annual accounts, project cost calculations, liaise with auditors, process employee expenses, cost projects, and handle invoice reception and storage.
