Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and agile teams to design and deliver innovative mobile solutions.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies within the team to enhance speed and quality of software delivery.
• Lead and manage a distributed team, ensuring the delivery of user stories using agile methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership.
• Coordinate integration activities with other delivery teams.
• Prepare and provide regular management updates.
• Participate in technical discussions and recommend best practices.
Skills & Experience:
• Extensive hands-on experience with React JS and React Native.
• Strong background in web and mobile development.
• Proficient in agile delivery, DevOps, and micro services.
• Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem (e.g., self-service, e-commerce).
• Experience leading teams of at least 10 members (expected to lead >20 in this project).
• Skilled in solutioning and technical design for Mobile Apps.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and business alignment skills.
• Excellent relationship management and cultural intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Jira/Confluence.
Qualifications:
• BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• 12+ years of experience in the digital domain.
• 10 years of mobile development experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with React JS and React Native.
• Ability to lead teams and resolve technical issues.
• Proficient in API integration and GraphQL.
• Experience in agile design and delivery, CI/CD environments, and designing large-scale high-performance web applications.
