What You’ll Do:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, and training sessions for new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Assist with recruitment processes, attracting top talent
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and address employee inquiries efficiently
• Handle general administrative tasks, including email correspondence, scheduling meetings, following up on client requests, and tracking sample shipments
Who You Are:
• You possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably with exposure to HR functions
• You’re a whiz at organization and have a knack for keeping multiple tasks moving forward on time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with colleagues and clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus
• You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• The ability to commute to our Dubai Production City office is mandatory
